moshi love – sort of wrong?

Weird, I think, for an adult. But I defy you (or most of you) not to be tickled by this.

My new favourite past-time. It’s lovely and will get even lovelier when I learn how to work it… How can a three-year-old be higher up the monster list and have more rox than me?

  1. Well, I have taken your advice and launched myself into the weird and wonderful world of Moshi Monsters. I have my own little furry Monster, Pod, who is adorable and adoring, and laughs and jumps and frolics haphazardly on my screen, but also sometimes even cries, if I lead him/her to it. In fact at this very moment Pod is ‘listless’ apparently. I blame it on my poor skills of Moshi Ownership. However, I don’t think my lack of Moshi parenting skills is due to having never had my own pet, but that I just don’t get it (and I am saying this in a very whiny childish way!); I don’t understand ‘it’ at all and so instead of collecting ‘rox’ (?) this morning or playing with Pod, I am commiserating over a box of chocolates at the fact that three-year olds (really?!) can work this computerised fantasy world better than I can. Do gaming hard-drives come as standard in all new-borns these days? What will be next?
